I had a wonderful experience while staying at this lodge! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were always appropriately stocked and well maintained. The location was conveniently close to a bus stop that takes you to the local shopping center and underground station. Overall no complaints.

Breakfast menu was fresh! And I always enjoyed my stay. I got there towards the end of practice and it started to be a little bit cold meaning of food however, overall I always enjoyed my stay here.

The hotel staff was very nice. I had an issue with a broken shower head and they fixed it quickly. They helped with local info as well. The pub was exactly what you imagine a English pub to be. Decor was nice, the staff at the pub was very friendly, food and drinks were good, and local residents at the pub were just as friendly. This was a fun hotel to stay at. Loved our stay there, close to airport, but UK village feel.

Clean rooms, pleasant and very helpful staff, and amenities exactly as described. The location is very convenient, very close to the train station and city center, with easy bus connections. Breakfast is available as an additional package and is well prepared and satisfying.

I found myself in Hillingdon unexpectedly, and this place was life saving. The house is located very close to the hospital, and it is very safe and secure. There's a Tesco a short walk from the guest house, and my room had a microwave and fridge. The room was perfect, and the owner worked with my ever changing schedule. I highly recommend!

Very convenient to Earl's Court tube in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely garden.

The room was super cute. The location is excellent! There is public transportation right outside the door. Many dining options. Many things to see nearby! The rooms had AC. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful! The only issue is if you have mobility challenges you would have to request a lower floor. Probably my best stay in London so far!

Best choice in London!

The hotel has been nicely renovated and the rooms while small, are well furnished and modern. The staff are all very nice. The area is safe and there are plenty of good places to eat and is very walkable and easy to get anywhere in London from. For the price, it’s a great deal. My usual place is just a few blocks away but was full. It has more by way of amenities (gym, pool, sauna) but would have been 800 dollars more had I stayed there. I would stay here again

Wonderful hotel in a convenient location in London but not in the hustle and bustle. We walked to everything but the Tower. Tube station very close. Concierges were outstanding. We had a problem with our room and they went above and beyond to resolve it. If we go back to London, we will stay here.

The level of service and personal attention was exceptional and unmatched anywhere else during our three weeks of travel. We were made to feel special from the moment were exited the cab.
