"Staff were super friendly and helpful. They saw I was using a crutch, so gave us a ground floor room. I don't think it was an accessible room though, because there was a step to get into the bathroom."
"Loved my stay, this was my first time in Hull and the listing made me think this was going to be a nice mid range hotel in the city. I loved this hotel the entrance at the far end of the road. This road had plenty of spaces even though I turned up after 11pm. The single room was comfortable and tidy and clean. The breakfast was delicious, a proper old fashioned English breakfast. The toaster cooked the toast perfectly and juice glasses were a sensible size. The staff were very friendly and I can’t recommend this enough. "
