In the heart of the old town of Perpignan this treasure is hard to beat. The narrow cobbled walkway outside keeps the area very quiet. The rooms have modern boutique touches within the original Art Deco building incl inlaid ceilings and stem lights. Along with very comfortable beds, large bathroom, extra blankets and reverse air conditioning to give heat/ AC as required. The staff are extremely helpful and engaging. Will definitely stay again.
Fantastic location for updated small hotel with bar featuring local wines and beers. Owners very friendly and helpful, with a great breakfast available. Close to the quai for restaurants, sightseeing, boat trips etc.
The hotel has a zen vibe - beautiful, simple decor, quiet. It was clean and well maintained by a hardworking, amiable staff. The receptionists were wonderful and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of foods and the option of having eggs cooked to order was great. A+
We stayed one night in Lotus room with my daughter. The hosts are supper welcoming. Swimming pool is small but vey pleasant. The landscape around the house is a piece of art. 15 min drive to Colliour. Also a local ville Sorede is very close small picturesque and very French. Nott easy to find parking after 7 pm in Colliour. Parking on the property is easy.
A few minor points for improvement. Bugs and mosquitos: bring a spray. And there was no shampoo and body wash in a fancy shower.

The best part was the amazing front desk lady. She is a dynamo and although she was always very busy she managed to help everyone in a timely manner. What a smiling attitude and great professional. She gave us great advice and made this little hotel a place we might return to often.
This has been an exceptional stay. Silvia and Gilles are incredible hosts—warm, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfasts outside under the trees were delicious, the bread and croissants always fresh and tasty with local preserves and apricot juice from Occitanie. Yum.
