The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for us — we were visiting Andorra and also wanted to explore parts of the French Pyrenees. The property is in the most beautiful mountain location. With incredible views and swimming pool overlooking the mountains.l and forest One of the best breakfasts I have had. A lot of variety. unfortunately there is no coffee machine in the room for such an expensive and prestigious hotel. There is coffee and food amenities available in a pretty lounge, but for a fee of 2.5€ a coffee!l with cream !! I go back for the pool and the relax And the view and the bar and the food.

The people at the reception desk were incredibly nice and polite. The breakfast was really good. The area is good also with a nearby town that has a lot of dining options. Just be aware there is a large deposit that you have to put on the room and a lot of rules such as cleaning the entire apartment before checking out or you will lose a portion of the deposit depending on what you didn’t do.
