Great service. Staff bent over backwards. Had a problem with wireless internet and was fixed on the spot. The property is spotless.

Perfect location and the friendliest staff I’ve ever come across. The club room facility is excellent and perfect for a get together with friends or a meeting with colleagues.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Strasbourg! The location couldn’t have been better – it was just a short walk from the city center and the famous Christmas market. The hotel offered a perfect base to explore the market, with its festive atmosphere, beautifully decorated stalls, and delicious seasonal treats just around the corner. The location was great. The parking was confusing since you can’t pull up to the hotel. WiFi was good. It would be nice to have a refrigerator in the room. Online photos for the room were misleading. Staff was very helpful. They spoke English.

Very friendly staff. Helpful. Everything was extremely clean and the hoteliers followed all COVID prevention measures. Our room was small but comfortable. The hotel is in a nice, quiet location close to many restaurants and about 3 minute walk from a parking garage (about €20/night) and 5-7 minute walk from the cathedral.

The room was very clean, new property. There is a tram which directly goes to Strasbourg in walking distance and supermarkets around as well. We stayed for 3 nights, I would highly recommend!

Very clean interesting room. Great location - very close to train station and a short walk to old city. Only wish they had a refrigerator on the room.

We stayed there for two nights. The room was just perfect and the bad was comfortable. The hotel is not in the center, but it is a walk away from the city center of Strassbourg. And a good shopping center (which isn't in the city center and which I forgot the name for) is also really close to the hotel.

Everything was great, really liked the location so close to the cathedral and La Petite France! Room was small but modern and comfortable and we really appreciated the a/c!!!
