We stayed here for 7 days and it was a great base to see Antibes, Cannes and Saint Tropez. The staff, and I truly mean the whole staff, were incredible! From check-in to check-out we were treated so well, that we will miss each staff person we met. The front desk, the breakfast and dinner staff, the gentleman that parked our car…….so professional and accommodating, and in a truly genuine way. It really made our stay memorable and we’re not only appreciative but very thankful.

I enjoyed my 4 nights stay at Hotel De Provence. This hotel is a block from Rue D'Antibes (main shopping center) and maybe two blocks from the beach. Near to restaurants and everything Cannes has to offer. Jean was gracious, and helpful with directions to the nearest attractions. Slavica was also attentive and both speak good english. I was originally assigned to a smaller back room, which was very cozy, however, was comfortable, had hot shower, bed and pillows were good. He offered to move...

The staff here is very welcoming and helpful. The location is very convenient to the coastline and the shopping district a little walk but not too far. There is a grocery store around the corner also! Would def book this place again. The room is very spacious and had a kitchen and living room.

Outdoor area was excellent. Room was very comfortable with air conditioning. Will stay here again if visiting Cannes.

Of all the hotels on a 10-day Euro holiday, my friends and I were most impressed with Hotel Le Cavendish. The hotel has the perfect location for exploring Cannes as it’s a bit off the water yet still a 10 minute walk to the Le Suquet (Old Town), La Croisette, and beaches. Our 4 night stay was superb!! The room was clean and very comfortable. Even though there are several bars/restaurants directly across the narrow alleyway, our room was on the 5th floor and very quiet at night. Best of all was the staff. The front desk clerks were all very friendly, helpful and spoke English. Could not have asked for a better stay!

very friendly staff ,excellent bathrooms. Has pool which even some of the palaces do not have. They can make connecting rooms if required for family .

Hôtel was great. It’s about 15 mins walk from La Croisette (the main beach promenade). We could have parked at the hotel but actually had failed to let them know in advance (our poor planning, not the hotel’s fault). If we had let them know we’d also have been able to charge our rental car there which was an EV. When we checked in they offered to reserve it for us for the following evening but in the end it was easier to just leave the car in a multistory car park nearby. The room was lovely....

Clean room good breakfast

We cannot say enough positive things about the stay. Jerry welcomed us upon arrival, Vera led us to great adventures, and Alberto and his crew gave us great cuisine. The spa, both restaurants, everything was just perfect. Close enough to everything but still intimate. First class. We will be back.

Hotel extremamente bem localizado, a dois quarteirões da Plage Macé e um da Rue Antibes. Também é bem perto da estação central. O quarto é limpo e confortável, idem para o banheiro, com uma boa ducha. Preço extremamente justo para a região. O café da manhã é simples, mas muito bom.

Very nice hotel for a stay in Cannes.

The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, The breakfast was delicious with an outdoor area to dine if desired. Loved the rooftop pool, sauna & steam room. A very convenient walk to the Mediterranean and a 10 minute walk from the train. Lots of great shopping & restaurants near by. The hotel staff were very helpful in recommending great places to dine as well. Very nice place to relax at the end of our 10 day trip to France.

We stayed at the Five Seas for one night of a 10 day trip through France. We were very well taken care of at reception and the room was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again

Great stay at this charming little hotel. Wonderfully warm owner/staff. Right by the train station in Cannes for people traveling to other towns an an easy short walk to stores and the Croisette.
