Close to running paths

We wanted to stay close to the airport but have access to Bordeaux. The tram is a few minutes walk away, and it is 1 tram all the way into the city. Very easy! The hotel staff were helpful and spoke excellent English if your French is not very good.

Very decent hotel. Clean, recently renovated, great shower, and good climate control. Friendly staff. The hotel is in a mostly light industrial area with very few dining options, especially Sun-Mon.

Villas Foch is a boutique hotel located a few blocks from all the action in Bordeaux. The hotel itself is very clean and very smartly appointed. The rooms have been furnished with comfort in mind. We booked a “cozy” room because we didn’t plan to spend much time in the hotel. We normally book larger rooms. But the room was great and very comfortable. What a fantastic stay we had. This property has all new decor, and is exceptionally inviting, especially the lovely terrace out back. They offer breakfast for 18 Euros, which is brought to you on the terrace whenever you’re ready. You can pick as much to eat as you like, so be sure to order according to your appetite! We really enjoyed our room and the location was excellent. The staff were very helpful and location was perfect for arriving on TGV from Paris. Right across the street from the Gare.

We totally enjoyed our 3 night stay here. Outside our room was a very nice patio area, which we enjoyed. Morning French breakfast was lovely. Access to the tram was just a short walk around the corner. Restaurants were in the square nearby as well as stores. All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Pauline was wonderful. Spacious, practical rooms and courteous staff. Great for quick stopover.

The hotel was a perfect first stop for our trip.the bed was comfortable and the room was a great size.we ate at the restaurant and really enjoyed the experience. I tried the spa twice hoping the steam room or sauna would be working but both times the staff couldn’t figure it out. The indoor pool was lovely. Location is very walkable and the bakery down the street was the perfect morning stop.

Absolutely loved staying here. Room was large and comfortable with a king bed and an entire menu of pillow options. Location couldn't be better and all the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommend doing the wine tasting — I learned a lot about wines from the Bordeaux region, and of course they were all delicious. Would definitely return!

Wonderful hotel in perfect location for Bordeaux. Room is small but efficient. Room is comfortable. Try for room with stand alone shower rather than in tub. Great team, especially Mau, who provide whatever you need.
