Staff so friendly and helpful, really did a lot to help me, it's a little way outside the town itself (short taxi) and right next to Porselanosa. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Pool was closed while I was there.
The hotel was great, had wonderful breakfast. The shuttle was very helpful going into the city every day.
All the staff at the front desk and the dining area were very friendly and helpful.
Our view of the eclipse was left to whims of the weather but we got lucky. It was spectacular. Our accommodations were not left to chance and I highly recommend RH Silene Hotel & Spa in Castellon de la Plana. The staff was most helpful and most spoke Spanish and English. The hotel is a short walk to the beach and also has two pools. The buffet meals were delicious and I recommend the half board which gives you breakfast and your choice of lunch or dinner on a daily basis.
It was absolutely fantastic the room I stayed in was so beautiful, the view of the Mediterranean was priceless, the terrace superb and the total comfort of the hotel,
