Such a beautiful experience! Property is In a perfect location. Close to the Cathedral and train. There is also a bus station 10 minutes away where you can take day trips to Deía and Valdemossa. Concierge was very helpful. I was there for their grand opening, so it was impeccably clean.
Everything was lovely and the food was wonderful. There is really nothing that needs to be added to improve the experience. We very much enjoyed the e hotel, the grounds and the entire area.

You walk out of the lobby toward the bar & pool deck then down the stairs across the Avenue ( a mostly pedestrian walkway and you're on the Beach ! )

Ideally located you can easily walk toward the Marina end ( for some excellent dining ) or toward the Pier end with a bit more exciting night life.

My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful, check in was very easy. The property was very well kept, and the room was clean upon arrival. The marina area with restaurants and stores was a short walk away, I would definitely stay here again.
The hotel was in a great location -- very nice room as well. The rooftop bar and pool was beautiful with such a great view of the cathedral. Breathtaking at night.
This was such a beautiful hotel both inside and out. Really enjoyed the sea views from our balcony, the pool and the restaurants. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk and guest services were very helpful in booking tours and dinner reservations. Highly recommend this hotel!
Our room on the second floor was perfect! We had a nice view of the beach from the balcony and the space was just what we needed. The AC has a max temperature I believe, we weren’t able to adjust it lower than 24/25 degrees so we kept the balcony door open at night to cool us down a bit more. Bathroom was spacious, fresh towels every day however the sheets were only changed about once if they were changed. 2 euros to take the bus to the airport. A-2 bus. The bus stop is 5 minutes walking from the hotel. It took 5 minutes to get to the airport on the bus. Quick and convenient. If you get an ocean view room, the views are beautiful. We had lovely sunsets.
This hotel overall was great - the ocean view for every room is definitely the number one highlight. Also the staff / service was excellent - everyone was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, my friends and I loved starting our day with the delicious breakfast and gorgeous ocean view. The slightest downfall was the hotel in some parts is a little older / worn down, but everything was clean and that’s what matters most. An awesome place with awesome staff!
