All the staff - from people at the reception to the guy overseeing the breakfast - were so nice, welcoming, and went the extra mile to give us useful recommendations and arrange a taxi for our hike. It definitely added to the overall vibe and made our stay that much more special. The rooms were also quite large and very clean. When booking the bungalows, for the studio accommodations, the picture represented the unit having twin beds. When we arrived, the unit had one double bed. Two of our friends were with us and needed twin beds in the studio unit. The management said it depends on availability for twin beds. We needed to switch our friends to the standard bungalow since it had a sofa bed in the living room and a double bed in the bedroom.
