"Staff are frequently described as attentive, professional, and welcoming.
The rooms are comfortable, elegant, and larger than many city hotels.
We have rooms that overlook the Nile, especially at sunset."

"Had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect.Everything was well organized and the service exceeded expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area"
"This is a budget hotel in a very unkempt building. The room itself is simple and clean. If you are looking for no more than that this is fine. Positives: a very busy and energetic part of the city, working elevators and WiFi, great AC."

This is our first stay at a Four Seasons hotel. We always hear it's posh and very luxurious at any Four seasons so we had great expectations. We arrived late at nite after a traumatic taxi ride from the airport, we were greeted by the friendly staff and concierge and was upgraded to a premium room with the pyramids view from the balcony so that was amazing! The breakfast buffet was very delicious and kind staff. We tried all tge restaurants and the best was the Aura lebanese restaurant,...
The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The hotel staff were exceptional! They provided personalized recommendations and were always available to assist with any questions. I felt valued as a guest. The hotel was cozy, quiet, and modern. It felt like a genuine getaway. The lighting and small details made my room feel like it was designed for comfort. The hotel’s location was perfect! I was just a short walk from great restaurants and shops.
Mostafa was very friendly,...
We had a fantastic stay at the White Swan Hotel. Located on the 5th floor, the experience begins the moment you step off the elevator—the space is absolutely beautiful and incredibly well-designed.
Honestly, the amenities here rival, and in some cases exceed, those of the major big-brand hotels. Everything about the decor and facilities feels fresh and modern. One of our favorite parts was the breakfast experience: you simply select what you’d like, and it is delivered directly to your room. It...
The room was very clean the staff was so helpful and friendly if we had I little problem they would always fix it and the had great breakfast ready every morning. Overall 10/10 experience
I can't say enough praises for this hotel. We stayed here for two nights/three days. Everything was on spot. The staff was helpful. The rooms were very clean, everything well maintained. They can arrange a guide to take you to the pyramids, which we did (but to be honest you can do it yourself with Uber and you'll get the same experience.)
But the highlight of our stay at the Sheraton was the Egyptian restaurant downstairs. The food was out of this world. Truly the epitome of what a culinary...

We stayed at this hotel for a total of 3 nites while in Cairo. Amazing hotel, very friendly professional staff. Used the gym facilities, modern , clean and spacious .The pool rooftop has a great view of the Nile and they offer cocktails and snacks or a full meal if you decide to eat up there . Would def stay here again or in any of their hotels around the world .
The property itself was fantastic with a lovey big courtyard and a rooftop restaurant associated with the hotel that afforded amazing views of the pyramids and really good food.
Great service and staff. Room is very nice with nice decoration makes you feel like in ancient Egypt. Nice food and drinks at the restaurant. Thanks for the great service!!
We had an amazing experience with the hotel. From the moment we landed until our departure, everything was exceptional. The entire staff was incredibly attentive and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay.
I would like to thank everyone for their outstanding service, and give a special thanks to Saif, who went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests. He was incredibly patient, always checking in with us and texting to make sure we were doing well and felt safe. His level of...
