We had a great time at Wyndham Santa Ana. The employees did a great job they were very attentive.

Great quiet clean rooms nice place the only bad side was the restaurants only have sandwich's for dinner, we arrived at 10:30pm after a long day traveling without food (plane) we wanted a room service but wasn't available at that time we arrived hopefully they can rearrange kitchen hours thanks

We were on a dream vacation using Guayaquil as a stop over point before heading to the Orient on a tour. My partner mistakenly left his credit cards in a bedside table drawer here. We didn't notice until a week into our vacation. On our tour, which ended in Guayaquil, we painstakingly backtracked our steps. Staff member was knowledgeable and attentive-when TV didn't work in our room, we were given a second room just for TV viewing! Now THAT'S accommodation! Stunning interior-piano to play in the lobby-beautiful décor. This was the one hotel where I didn't want to leave, but could have stayed in the lobby/drawing room all day.

The attention from the staff was excellent, very friendly and very attentive, I will give my special thanks to the captain in the restaurant, Darwin his attention was just excellent,

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. I got no complaints, and I would definitely come back on my future visit to Ecuador. The staff was very polite, attentive, and responsive. The check-in and check-out process is pretty fast, and there is always someone I can talk to or call. I had a problem this time with the safe box. I had to call twice for someone to come; on my second call, they sent the guy in charge within 10 minutes. It is understandable; there are other people requesting...

This will be the second time I write this .....I like the stay on this hotel it was excellent location....., close to all places that I want to visit it......price was excellent ....the staff that it work there the best , friendly , Cortes and really helpful... I recommend this place to all people you will have a good time ..in the pool , gym or the sauna was nice and clean.

They were very kind, patient, and hospitable. Facility was super clean. They are following the CDC’s guidelines for COVID. The community Areas were not crowded. There is outside sitting to eat. The room service also brings up food to your room and all the food is appropriately covered and silverwear is brought in a sealed bag. Food was always delicious and at the appropriate temperature. They also provide a free shuttle to the Airport (which is very close to hotel). Felt super safe to stay here...

This place is a hidden gem! An oasis of calm in the middle of a bustling, dirty city. It feels like home. The employees extended such hospitality that we felt like we were staying at a friends house. Highly recommend!

The apartment is exactly as pictured and described. The wifi worked well and the bedrooms had smart tvs so i was able to watch Netflix. Well stocked kitchen, warm shower and lots of security cameras. Heavy locked gates for added security. Beautiful terrace to look at the city. A couple things you should be aware of, 3rd floor no elevator but easy stairs and the shower floor is extremely slippery. The place is very clean, well managed. The staff is well trained and eager to help. There was at least one English speaking person in each shift. The beds were good. The restaurant is of high standard. Good quality art is everywhere. A very eye-pleasing sight. You can be met at the airport and brought back for your departure in a shuttle (a 15-minute drive) at no charge. This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! It’s a renovated hospice and every detail has been attended to. The showers were large and wonderful! The staff is courteous and friendly. Everything is very up to date and the entire property is very clean. The morning buffet is 5 star and so is the adjoining restaurant. Be sure to check out the beautiful chapel in the hotel! Also the hotel is right next door to a National Park with live animals. Definitely would stay again!
