This place is phenomenal. Location is breathtaking with Mountain View’s. A short bus ride to a nearby city if you want to explore. The property has a heated indoor and outdoor pool saunas and steam rooms for relaxation. The staff helped us with everything we needed and the breakfast was outstanding. I already hope to return one day!
We were only staying in Kitzbuhel for one night at the end of a ski trip, and most places in Kitzbuhel / Kirchberg either wanted a full 7-night stay or $600 for a single night, which seemed very steep. We checked in around 9pm & probably should have paid closer attention to the hotel amenities as we may have cut dinner short in Kitzbuhel to get the most use out of the amenities. We spent a lovely Christmas here, they made it very special for us. The hotel is clean and staff is amazing. Ski bus is great but i8t is helpful to have your own vehicle if you do not wish to use a taxi service. The taxi was readliy avaiable and affordable ride to and from the villiage or Gondola. Highly recommend staying here it has a gorgeous view and property grounds to explore s well.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Hotel Leitenhof. The royal chalet was perfect for us and had more than everything we needed for 8 days of skiing. Skiwelt was a short drive away, and if you don't have a car (or don't want to park at the ski resort) a shuttle runs frequently. The food was great, the staff wonderfully attentive, and in general it was a perfect getaway! Would absolutely stay again!
