Hotels in Villa Mella

Hotel and staff were awesome! Room was nice and the view was beautiful. Infinity pool was much smaller than pictured on Expedia, the water was cold, but it was enjoyable. The bathroom door was stuck, wouldn't lock, front desk was contacted but door was not fixed since we had to be present in the room, and we were out and about! Overall exceeded my expectations. I would stay here again.

John was Amazing taking our bags up stairs and delivering food to our door. And the dining staff has magnificent customer service always with a smile. The best so far.

Excellent! One of the best establishments I stayed at in the DR. From the welcoming staff to the room service. They take a lot of pride in hosting their guests.

The hotel was clean and beautiful. The staff were friendly but it was hard at times to get information unless you knew to ask. Besides that overall an excellent stay. Felt very safe and was a great value.

Walking distance to restaurants, bar, main tourist attractions

Excellent service, nice space. The breakfast was great as well!

Dominique at the Front Desk is very warm and welcoming. Kamal and Omar do a great job along with the Housekeeping staff of keeping the rooms clean, fresh and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back in the future

This is the best hotel I ever stayed while booking thru Expedia. Excellent service, the food was great and the staff was exceptional.

Everything was great the staff was wonderful. They made me feel right at home everything I ask for and more they delivered I felt very comfortable and safe. No hassling my guest they greeted them with open arms I will be staying here when I return in May Everyone was nice and helpful from the bell hop to the ones at the front desk to the bar tenders down to the clean up crew they where all very respectful. They got my vote for best hotel in Dominican Republic 🇩🇴

Perfect !

Clean, economical, and situated in a quiet neighborhood close to supermarkets, restaurants, banks, and a gym.

Good

By far the best hotel I ever stayed at. Clean, comfortable, safe. Staff is professional, polite and attentive

My stay at Hotel Luca was absolutely extraordinary. the hotel, the room, the amenities and most of all the staff was just amazing. The front desk person Esdras was very cordial, pleasant and helpfull. My sister and i stayed at Hotel Luca for four days and the service provided to both of us was of a 5 star boutique hotel. I cant say enough good things about my stay, i give the hotel 5 stars in cleanliness, atmosphere, service and location. Franceau is part of the staff at this hotel, he is...

I left DR one day ago, but my heart is still at El Beaterio! This hotel was one of the highlights of my stay in Santo Domingo -excellent price also. The hotel has a beautiful colonial architecture and is full of history and works of art. It sits right at the heart of the Colonial City, walking distance from the Plaza, cathedral and restaurants -and about 30 minutes from the airport-. The staff of the hotel was nothing short of excellent, they were very attentive and helpful during our stay. The...

Nice area, near the Colonial sites, walkable, museums, downtown. Good breakfast. Parking ok, but with additional cost. Sunroof bar when visited, the table was not cleaned, the girl came and cleaned but after 15 minutes we left since no one came to offer service, we were asked why you leave, the answer: "no one came to offer anything" It seemed it was busy, but not at the moment we arrived.

The hotel was fabulous. I couldnt believe how comfortable and how friendly the staff was. Knew my name at the restaurant the same day and greeted every morning. Amazed and please we will be back

Las habitación excelente, el personal un 100%… área en común de piscina y bar muy agradable… definitivamente será mi otro sitio para estar..
