Loved our stay! Hotel is in a great location, staff were extremely friendly, especially during breakfast! The cook, and lady in charge of breakfast went above and beyond to provide me with food for my sick dog. Outstanding!
Our room did face the front of the hotel, and they did have a loud party the first night, and of course like most hotels in Germany there was no AC, but despite that we had a great time, would definitely stay here again.

Was here for a week (5 days) for a business trip in late August 2016. After two days of ordering room service for dinner the staff got to know me and offered to send up something from the hotel's restaurant instead of the regular room service menu. Such a nice gesture. There were several other little things the staff also did to make my stay excellent. In addition to the staff, the hotel is well situated downtown. It is in walking distance of many locations but also within a 5 minute walk...

Elegant, grand old building which has been fully renovated. Room was spacious and full of amenities. We dined in the restaurant (convenient), but was not excited by the food.

We really loved our stay at the HENRI Hotel in Hamburg. The sizable room was very quaint and comfortable, and so well thought out. We were able to completely spread out, yet stay totally organized, with all the storage space and amenities provided. The location was perfect for walking or using public transportation to get anywhere we wanted to go. The lobby kitchen had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and service was excellent. Would highly recommend the HENRI to all visiting Hamburg!
