Rooms clean & spacious. Close to where we wanted to visit. Not close to city center. Staff accommodating, except the front desk receptionist, Lisa, she was awesome. She was the best welcome we could possibly expect.

Hotel was in fabulous location just off Marienplatz. It was cute, had little pastries on check in. The breakfast was good and had a nice breakfast room. Perfect base to explore central Munich and super close to U and S bahn stop. Sad I only stayed one night. Would definitely stay longer in the future.
We picked the end of September to stay at the hotel. Since the hotel does not have air conditioning we were concerned, but at the end of September, the weather was perfect! The room was really cool and they provided a fan before we checked in. Could not have asked for a better hotel. Though we were one of the first customers to stay in this new hotel, this hotel was amazing. It was clean, it was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. There were some areas where they were still putting on the finishing touches, but those areas did not detract from the stay.
The property had great staff and was only a few blocks away from the main station. Very convenient to travel to and from. Breakfast in the morning is great and had all the amenities you will need for a few nights stay. The hotel was well maintained and clean. Overall, very nice

The bed and room was very comfortable and quiet. AC worked great and the small refrigerator even had ice cube trays. We did not know how to park but when we called they gave us great directions. We had asked for parking but they said they did not have our reservation. Fortunately a spot was available (17 euros). This place is definitely a property I would recommend. Staff was very nice and friendly and the breakfast buffet is one of the best I had in Europe, so far. The only thing that sucked was the eggs were a little cold. The rooms are cozy, nice and the bed was very comfortable as well.
