Rooms clean & spacious. Close to where we wanted to visit. Not close to city center. Staff accommodating, except the front desk receptionist, Lisa, she was awesome. She was the best welcome we could possibly expect.
The hotel was in Old Town Munich. Excellent restaurants steps away. The breakfast was amazing. Loved the bedding and how clean the room was. Absolutely a great choice to stay.

Though we were one of the first customers to stay in this new hotel, this hotel was amazing. It was clean, it was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. There were some areas where they were still putting on the finishing touches, but those areas did not detract from the stay.

The location is great if you want to explore the old town. The direct neighborhood around the station is a little funky but it's diverse and fun.
Nice hotel, it’s located one block from the river Eisbach, This is the famous artificial channel where surfers ride the standing wave. The only downside is that there was not AC but there was a fan in the room. I’d stay there again.
The bed and room was very comfortable and quiet. AC worked great and the small refrigerator even had ice cube trays. We did not know how to park but when we called they gave us great directions. We had asked for parking but they said they did not have our reservation. Fortunately a spot was available (17 euros). Just past the lobby entry you pull into the small drive where there is a car lift elevator). As we had not yet checked in and did not have the key card, the woman on the phone opened...
It’s a great hotel on all accounts. Except it should be noted for individuals with mobility issues that you have to go up five steps to get to the elevator and it only goes up six floors. It does not go to the seventh floor. That really should be in the info on the website somewhere. If it was, I didn’t see it in. I was fine, but this was an FYI for others.
So we booked double beds. Room has king with 2 Twin XL mattresses side by side. Room was not set up by housekeeping and we checked in 4 PM but they were done for day. Ugh
We split them apart ourselves and asked for additional mattress pad. We folded the king. They never brought another pad only extra sheets. We jury rigged it and made do for 2 days. All else was fine
On Friday night bar was open to 1 am so we could get food and drink after being on road all day. On Saturday night...
