Our stay was absolutely excellent, I'm so glad I found this hotel after looking at over 50 options near the Old Town area of Munich. We needed a room that had two separate beds (more difficult to find) as we had our exchange student with us and a Clubhouse Room on the 2nd floor was perfect! Hotel was in fabulous location just off Marienplatz. It was cute, had little pastries on check in. The breakfast was good and had a nice breakfast room. Perfect base to explore central Munich and super close to U and S bahn stop. Sad I only stayed one night. Would definitely stay longer in the future.
We picked the end of September to stay at the hotel. Since the hotel does not have air conditioning we were concerned, but at the end of September, the weather was perfect! The room was really cool and they provided a fan before we checked in. Could not have asked for a better hotel. I loved my experience staying here for Oktoberfest. It is such a relaxing place to come to after the craziness of the festival. Easy walk to the train station made everything accessible. Lastly, Claudia and Michelle were super friendly and helpful.
The property had great staff and was only a few blocks away from the main station. Very convenient to travel to and from. Breakfast in the morning is great and had all the amenities you will need for a few nights stay. The hotel was well maintained and clean. Overall, very nice

Hotel room size is bigger than normal European hotel so this is a plus, you got 2 free beer bottles and free water daily. Step out from the hotel and in front of you is market with all sort of food stalls and beer garden. The famous Hofbrauhaus and Shopping area is prob about less than 10 minute walk. Highly recommend
I enjoy my stay at Ruby Lilly. Everything is designed as practical . Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Hotel bar open 7/24 . Wi-Fi was very speedy. Room decoration was modern and pleasant. If I ever come to Munich again, I will stay 100% at Ruby Lilly
