Kathrin was so helpful and kind! I brought my aunt and uncle and the 1 bedroom suite was perfect - the sofa bed was super comfortable for me, and I’m a picky tall gal! Literally the only wish would’ve been for feather pillows (comforter was down), but we also didn’t inquire. The offer was there to dial in bed stiffness, which we didn’t need. Breakfast is plentiful and fresh! And espresso drinks on offer as well

The location is excellent, scenic, perfect for families. The children (lots of them of young age) were well behaved. The hotel and surrounding area has many things for young kids and for adults. The meals (optional) were excellent at the brasserie. We did not try the restaurant with 4 course meal. The library was a beautiful room in which to work (or play board games) with a glass of wine. I would make one suggestion that at check in they should give you a tour of the room so that you know all...
