Our stay was absolutely excellent, I'm so glad I found this hotel after looking at over 50 options near the Old Town area of Munich. We needed a room that had two separate beds (more difficult to find) as we had our exchange student with us and a Clubhouse Room on the 2nd floor was perfect! The space in our room was wonderful, extremely clean and comfortable, and our room was remarkably quiet facing a courtyard. Though we didn't use any of the common spaces, they looked great. I loved my experience staying here for Oktoberfest. It is such a relaxing place to come to after the craziness of the festival. Easy walk to the train station made everything accessible. Lastly, Claudia and Michelle were super friendly and helpful.

Hotel was in fabulous location just off Marienplatz. It was cute, had little pastries on check in. The breakfast was good and had a nice breakfast room. Perfect base to explore central Munich and super close to U and S bahn stop. Sad I only stayed one night. Would definitely stay longer in the future.

The bed and room was very comfortable and quiet. AC worked great and the small refrigerator even had ice cube trays. We did not know how to park but when we called they gave us great directions. We had asked for parking but they said they did not have our reservation. Fortunately a spot was available (17 euros). Just past the lobby entry you pull into the small drive where there is a car lift elevator). As we had not yet checked in and did not have the key card, the woman on the phone opened...
I enjoy my stay at Ruby Lilly. Everything is designed as practical . Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Hotel bar open 7/24 . Wi-Fi was very speedy. Room decoration was modern and pleasant. If I ever come to Munich again, I will stay 100% at Ruby Lilly
We came for Oktoberfest and loved that the hotel was walking distance from the event grounds. Plenty of restaurants nearby that we walked to and the actual hotel facility was very nice!
