We stayed for five days and loved the place. The room, bathroom were clean and the bed very comfortable. Every morning we had breakfast on the terrace and different options daily. The property is quiet and in a wonderful landscape, near restaurants, shops and close to a variety of hiking trails and waterfalls. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful with all our needs! I totally recommend this establishment and look forward to possible vacations there again.
What a delightful surprise. The hotel is discreetly hidden from the city life, you wouldn’t know it’s there but for the Hotel Leonor sign outside. Walk in through the front door and it feels like an oasis. It has a beautiful contemporary lobby, inviting bat area and a beautiful inviting courtyard. I could spend an afternoon there sipping on my favorite drink, which I did! The room was clean, modern and high ceilings. Will definitely return!
Couldn't have enjoyed my stay more! I had just arrived after 30 hours of traveling. The reception staff was very friendly and accommodating to a tired, non-German speaking guest. It was a great place to stay with a family of 4. We got the full German experience. The rooms don’t have AC and they are laid out like German apartments, so it gave us an authentic experience. The restaurant was really good, but be sure to get reservations for dinner. It fills up fast.
My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Les Haras. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. I made a mistake and only booked one room vs. two that was needed and they were quick to fix the problem with out any hassle.
I stayed at Hotel Hirsch mid June when Europe got hit by a heat wave.
Upon arrival I was offered an apartment (Hirsch boarding house) which has AC for an extra of 10 Euros per night. The apartment was beautiful and sparkling new and the AC helped me sleep well at night.
Breakfast was great and dinner as well.
The staff was very helpful and welcoming.
Definitely a special place and the price for the apartment was very affordable.
