Great free breakfast, plenty of free parking, incredible grounds, fun historic rooms and shared lounge areas to discover, hotel staff that speak English. Room itself is very simple: bed, shower with body soap, toilet, sink, and not much else, but great for a night or 2. Nice proximity to Rothenburg wall and old town, however it does require walking up a LOT of stairs to get to the town, which was a challenge when we were tired.

The manager Filip was very kind and knowledgeable! The dining experience was absolutely superb. If I could give more stars, I would. He had very excellent wine pairings and was very helpful when we had questions. Helped us with our bags up and down the stairs. He even valeted the German super car we rented! Michael also made our breakfast experience smooth and easy. The staff is so friendly and attentive to their guests. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!
