I booked the hotel for my mother, and she was very satisfied. The room was nice and very clean, and the reception staff were also very helpful.
The only issue was during check-out. I think there was a misunderstanding because we had already paid for one day of breakfast at the beginning, but it was not noted down, so they thought we had not paid for it.
Other than that, everything was very good. We would definitely book this hotel again and recommend it to others.

Our stay was short but very nice. The kind woman at the front desk was beyond helpful. We had asked if the hotel had a luggage scale. Unfortunately they did not. But in an unexpected gesture a phone call was made to a friend, who then brought a scale for our use from her home. This was customer service above and beyond!!
Nice location. We didn’t need a car, because it’s only ten minutes walk from train station and ten minutes walk to old town, just across the bridge.

We stayed after looking around neuschwanstein castle because the next day we were leaving for Switzerland. Hotel is located in a nice area. Lots of grass and trees. Lots of grocery stores near by. Hotel room is clean and big. Has everything you need to rest. Hotel employees are super friendly and breakfast is very nice.
