We were late for check-in and so nobody was at the desk - this was a little stressful and we tried calling beforehand but the phone is only answered on weekdays. There was an emergency contact number when we arrived so we would have been covered through that, just the uncertainty and stress beforehand wasn’t great. Other than that, we had a great experience!
