The room was very large and spacious, with a large balcony that overlooked the lake-side (we couldn't quite see the lake but still a great view). Everything was clean and comfortable in the room and the bathroom was very nice with a decent powerful shower. The breakfast buffet was great, there were so many choices including both hot and cold options. We are vegetarian and always found plenty of things to suit our diet - though one small...

"The room was very hot and there is no air conditioning, only a small fan. We also did not have hot water on our last day and had to shower with cold water. "

The front desk clerk went above and beyond to help me find a great massage place, even calling them herself. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our stay for an additional night."

"The view from this apartment is the most beautiful thing, even if it was cold out. Great spot, roomy, great communication with host. The only cabit is there are a lot of stairs so not recommendes with a lot of luggage or with people who have an issue with stairs. We happened to have both but made it work. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. "

This is the lowest standard we ever been to considering the fee. Rude and arrogant receptionist (the blonde one). Room dirty see the photos. I would rather sleep in a car than stay in this room. "
