A beautiful, comfortable, modern hotel in a quiet location. A spacious pleasant room, nice bathroom, pretty view of a small lake and lush greenery from the balcony. Wonderful, helpful, friendly staff. decent breakfast.
Great location for innumerable hikes and all kinds of biking. Amazing food, simple but spacious room. No toiletries except for a bar soap. Bathroom tiny but sufficient. A kettle to make coffee/tea would be nice. If driving, go via Hinterhelmsdorf and do not follow google maps as those lead through almost impassable backroads.
The flat was splendid when we arrived. The puytloun hotels itself where the key was obtained was a paradise when we saw it.
We didn't know about pytloun prior to the trip.
Only issue we had with the apartment there wasn't ventilation prior to our arrival and the whole place had a little smell from the bathrooms.
The apartment in itself is an Amazing place to live for a trip. I'd recommend the windows, maybe one, be a little opened before arrival of guests. But It was a lovely place
This is a wonderful little spot in eastern Germany, quite off the beaten bath and a little hard to find. Very clean, large spacious rooms, comfortable and quiet. Our minimal German got us most of the way through checking in, but the desk clerk found someone from the kitchen that could speak English. They were very pleasant and helpful. Nice little bar/restaurant downstairs with good beer on tap, and a very nice breakfast buffet. One evening we surprised to find the locals using the back room for...

We loved our stay here! The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They gave us an excellent recommendation for a restaurant in a nearby town. There’s a small grocery store within walking distance and I highly recommend purchasing the breakfast at the property, it is home-cooked and hardy for a days hiking ahead as well as beautifully, presented. The grounds and gardens were lovely and we ate breakfast outside and had drinks in the evening surrounded by beauty.
Someone waited for us to check in after hours. They were very helpful. The rooms were very large and excellent for a family of four. Beautiful grounds. Like staying back in time. Nice walk along the river/border. Rooms were freezing. The heating didn't work.
