I have to say that staying in hundred of hotels around the world, that our stay at Lederer’s was amount the absolute best. Especially the service - most friendly and helpful owners / operator that really enjoys helping their guests!
Beautiful area, modern and comfortable rooms, great breakfast, and nice place for drinks in the evening. Couldn’t be happier with our stay (would rate 6 stars if I could!

Literally the hosts had their family staying with them so it felt like staying with family which I really enjoyed. They have a beautiful facility on a hillside with a great view of the valley and were very accommodating for us and our baby. bed was surprisingly comfortable. They gave great recommendations for food in the area. We just stayed one night on the way to the Dolomites and wanted to go to the Tauren SPA but jet lag and getting sick changed those plans so it was just an overnight stay...
The hotel overlooks the famous Zell lake, with breath-taking views. The hotel is well-kept, and our rooms was cleaned every morning. Breakfast is good, but could use more varieties. Friendly staff. The city center is within 5 minutes walk. The hotel is closely located to most of the attractions around (by car). I would definitely recommend the Seevilla Hotel.
Great place in the center of Saalbach within walking distance of all the major skilifts. Very much liked the dining experience and the spacious wellness area with sauna and pool.

What a rare find! Hotel Erika is a hidden gem! Full of old world and traditional charms, but with all the modern comfort without the pretensions of big hotels. Love everything here. This feels like being at home, and everyone of the hotel staff treated us with the uttermost care and respect. We didn't want to leave. After a day of skiing--wet and exhausted, what a pleasant thing to see the manager/owner standing at the door taking our wet heavy ski clothes to dry! What a luxury to sit at the...
No kitchen in our room. Room was clean but we only had the cleaner come in twice in 6 nights. View was fabulous. Comfortable bed. Staff was super nice and helpful.
My only complaint was that the Expedia site reported that this property has a hot tub but it does not. I am not sure whether the error is on the part of Expedia or the hotel, but I wanted to point that out.
