The decor, interior decoration and use of the space was absolutely fabulous. The apartment was also easily walkable to everything. All the sights, sounds and beauty.
The hotel is located in a historical building reconstructed recently, so the furnishings are brand new, as are the bathrooms, so it's quite nice. The rooms are spacious, with large windows and tall ceilings. The beds are on the soft side, but despite my preference for harder mattresses, I slept really well. There is workspace and the internet connection is solid. It's located super conveniently, in the heart of the spa town, where two of the colonnades meet, and as there are several pedestrians...
Our room was very clean and very large. We overlooked the river with great views along the main shopping district. The manager Vlad, was very attentive to our needs and was a pleasure to deal with. All staff members were very friendly and helpful, suggesting best places to buy crystal.
The hotel exceeded all our expectations during our stay in March 2025, when we rented a family apartment. Its location is excellent, and the apartment itself features a fresh designer renovation. Coffee capsules were constantly replenished, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals.

This was our first time to Karlovy Vary. It truly is set in a fairy tale like setting. Absolutely gorgeous town. Definitely a must see to believe place. The hotel was really charming. Wonderful location. Great staff. Would have preferred a cooling unit option in the room, we had to open the windows with no screen, at night. Specifically contact them ahead of time for a parking spot otherwise you will walk about 5 minutes for covered paid parking.
