The head doorman Hovhannes was extremely helpful from the moment I arrived. Also the lady at the reception desk, whose name I unfortunately did not catch, was great and demonstrated excellent hospitality.
The location is very convenient and the amenities are useful. With such an excellent staff the hotel will be a great success
Little things like not knowing when the room would be cleaned and having to ask on two occasions after 3pm. Breakfast had few western things but otherwise was ok.
Very nice, conveniently located, and affordable hotel. The staff at the reception was excellent (a young man with good English and always ready to help). I did hear (repeatedly) an ongoing alarm clock from another room in the middle of the night... but that is not the hotel's fault (I think). Overall, great experience.
Clean and spacious apartment with a great open view of the city. Good internet in the living area, but not that great in the bedroom. Good shower with unlimited hot water. Good bright lights. TV could be bigger with better channels. Friendly and helpful front desk staff.
In Yerevan on business for a couple of weeks, I fled the gorgeous but overpriced Marriott in Republic Square, and moved a couple of blocks down the street to the Republica. What a contrast! Starting at the reception desk. Marriott: Snooty, cold, and totally uncooperative, despite my Gold Elite status. Republica: Welcoming, warm, and accommodating. The rooms were clean and modern. The staff was very easy to deal with, courteous, professional, and very nice. We will definitely come back. A great hotel at a great price.

My husband's family lives in Yerevan so we travel there at least once a year. We have stayed at various hotels, but Nova is our favorite. As we were staying for more than a week, we wanted some extra space and booked the studio suite. We were glad we did. The view from the 5th floor was good. I took a Shiatsu massage in the spa and enjoyed it so much, I repeated it a couple of days later. Well worth spoiling yourself!
Dynasty hotel is a great place to enjoy your vacation, 10 minutes away from the city center, very quite neighborhood, walking distance to the supermarket, has free car parking, beautiful pool, spa, Jacuzzi. Front desk was welcome us with glass of wine, which is rare. Outstanding customer service by front desk Gayane A., and Mush M. (Forgot the last names). Thank you again for your excellent service.
