The property itself is old, but extremely quaint and charming. The area is very quiet and relaxing. The views and breathtaking, you feel completely transported to another era. Breakfast is delicious and the staff went above and beyond. They could not have been nicer and more accommodating. The area itself is remote and there is no transportation, so you will definitely need to book a car service or rent a vehicle.

The highlight were the lovely warm pools and the surrounding hikes. If you are are club member everything is xclent...if you are a discount hotel.com guest you get a noisy room next to laundry with view of fire escape...a nd breakfast in basement. With focus on pools and hiking it is good. If ya have kids, they have some fun bits. The one bar staff guy was lovely happy and friendly...but everyone else was...just okay.

I really enjoyed my trip. Easy to find, in the middle of the city, no problem with nearby parking space (free) the hotel was perfect for my needs. Clean, spacious room, good shower, comfortable bed, super strong a/c which is really important in the warm summer months. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and recommended a really nice restaurant 3 minutes walk from the hotel. In the morning, before my day trip I used the spa at their sister hotel (hotel Via Roma 33) just down the road...
