Stunning location! I wish we had been able to stay another night and spend a day by the beautiful pool. The drive to Arezzo was short, which allowed for exploring and dinner in the old part of the city!
I loved my time at this hotel. Everyone who works there is incredibly kind and helpful, the breakfast was great and the location was perfect. I was staying at Il Monte with several friends and we took over most of the rooms - all were large, clean and very comfortable. There is a little bar at the hotel and we enjoyed sitting outside with a bottle of prosecco before going to dinner in Monte San Savino, which was about a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

It was wonderful. The house is in beautiful country and is furnished and decorated to be very homey. The scenery is outstanding. Tuscany is beautiful in September. Simonetta is the owner and proprietor and by the end of our week's stay, she felt like family. There is a delicious breakfast each morning at which other boarder's may be present. A highlight of the stay was a cooking class with Simonetta in which we made a mult-course meal including pasta from scratch in her kitchen.
Words cannot describe the amazing experience at 'Le Terre dei Cavalieri'. We chose this randomly from the internet description, and we could not be more pleased. You have breakfast in the morning on the terrace overlooking the Tuscan landscape. Cinzia is welcoming, friendly, and the breakfast is both tasty and fulfilling. Sonia and Marcello were also excellent hosts and very responsive when I had a few questions about local attractions.

Parking was plentiful but a long steep walk from the hotel. This makes the luggage drop and pick up a monumental task.

This was the most amazing place to stay! This was our favorite stop on a 30-day trip to Greece, Italy and Switzerland. The surrounding countryside is stunning. Our room had a Turkish Bath - what a fun experience. We were a couple of weeks in to our vacation, and we were ready for some down time. Having a private little garden, overlooking the Tuscan hillside was WONDERFUL. The dinner we had on site was one of the best of our entire trip. Breakfast in the morning was an incredible display...
Pro: gorgeous and spacious property, we were upgraded to a junior suite that was lovely, attentive staff, and incredible amenities. Pool was wonderful for tired bodies.
Con: very few. The restaurant on site has pretty limited menu, toilet in room kept running all night long- informed staff on checkout (as it was troublesome to flush, and wasting water), fridge in room- housed in a cabinet that I feel caused it to overheat… and therefore was not very powerful enough to keep drinks cold.

Nestled in the rolling hills of Tuscany surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. 5 min to local markets. 25 min from charming Arezzo, a beautiful 1.5 hour drive to Sienna, and < 1 hr drive by highway to Florence. Beautiful and clean place to stay with excellent service. Good breakfast.
Our stay was wonderful. The hotel staff were fabulous. The rooms were nice and larger than most European hotel rooms. The bathroom was roomy as well but the shower stall was rather small and cramped.
Loved it! Super helpful at check-in telling us about everything that was available. We wrote horses for two hours at a very affordable price. The restaurant on site was was good and breakfast was wonderful. Hiking trails and views were amazing. Would definitely stay again. Nearest grocery and shopping were only about 15 minutes away in montevechi.
