"This place is beautiful, with beautiful rooms and spa. The only problem is that the majority of the spa pools are too hot to use. The drinks are incredibly expensive and we didn't see anybody ordering them around the pool. The smoked salmon at breakfast is worth the return alone. The spa upkeep could do with a little improvement. Great that the kids can use the spa. Would be great if there was a kettle or coffee machine in the room. The changing rooms had an awful smell. Staff were lovely - particularly the porter. Turn down service was much appreciated. Breakfast was wonderful!"

"I had a lovely stay at this hotel. It’s perfectly placed: around a 20‑minute walk from the train station and right in the middle of a bustling street full of great food options. The Leaning Tower is genuinely a two‑minute walk away, which made sightseeing incredibly easy. Breakfast was included and offered a nice range of pastries each morning. The room was comfortable and cool — the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat. The shower was a good size, the bed was comfortable, and having Sky on the TV was a bonus. The only drawback was the lack of natural light, as the windows were blocked by shutters that couldn’t be opened. Despite that, the location and comfort made it a great base for exploring Pisa."

"Stayed one night and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and kind - we had to leave very early and they ensured our car was ready and had prepared us breakfast to go. Check in and parking were really made easy by them. Room was nice, happy hour was a nice touch. Good location in a beautiful city - 10 min walk to centre but a lovely walk!"

"Lovely family owned and run hotel in the heart of Pisa. Very close to the main attractions (600metres to the leaning tower). We took a taxi to and from airport for ~€15 for 4 people with 2 large suitcases (easier and cheaper than the Pisamover). Staff were very nice, accommodating and Riccardo gave great recommendations. We visited Pisa when it was very hot and our room's air con worked very well, allowing us for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was good. Would happily recommend or stay again."

"What a lovely hotel and very pleased with parking. Great location, great room, nice bathroom, good breakfast, attentive staff. Loved one night stay with a cycle round the wall and 4x spritzes watching the locals go about their business!"
