We loved our stay at La Ninfa. The room was large and full of light. We faced the stream/river which sent its rushing river sounds through our windows. As I've already mentioned the staff was absolutely terrific. They went above and beyond. Book your room soon.
The place is obviously in a beautiful location but the little details make all of the difference. The rooms are clean and well maintained with cool Tuscan vibe to them without being too old and rustic. Lovely staff and good food. The pool is well-maintained and the property grounds are impeccable.
This property is without a doubt among your top listings. The location is delightful and 15 mins. away from Lucca city center. In other words, have fun in the main city but relax and fully enjoy this pearl in the outskirts of the city.
The room was clean and comfortable to my satisfaction. The owner and his wife are professional and kind above all standards (they also booked for me a late-night dinner in the best restaurant of the area).
Breakfast is good and with reasonable variety with good...
Great hotel and spa. We stayed for three nights and loved every minute. Far from the hustle and bustle. A great place to slow down and relax. Beautiful location in the hills.
Maria at the front desk is wonderful!
The location and views were fantastic. We had an easy 20 min drive to Lucca each day. Perfect mix of peaceful vineyard and olive tree landscape with easy access to Lucca city restaurants and shopping. Owners and staff were wonderful.
When I think of Italy, this is what I dreamed of. My family stayed here three nights. It is a hidden gem on top of a mountain overlooking the town below and a castle. It has amazing views. The smell of the orange and lemon trees all around while you dine on an outside garden terrace. The whole property if filled with vegetation. If you are looking for a modern, quick night, American hotel. This is not the place for you. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Make time to enjoy this hotel. Of...
I can't express my feelings and the good time we had at Paola and Beni property! It's just wonderful, we had amazing time with them. They're like my family, if I travel ever to Italy, I'll stay with you Paola! Thanks.
We wish we could give 10 stars! This was one of the most amazing hotel experiences we have ever had across multiple trips to Europe. Not sure how we fell into this boutique gem but glad we did. Clean, well maintained, beautifully appointed, everything is modern and works as expected! The location is ideal to explore Pistoia. The train is a very easy 12 minute walk. There is a breakfast available for 12 euro. Well worth it! My wife is a 4 shots of espresso girl over ice. They didn’t flinch and...
Most beautiful location close to Lucca. Loved the green rolling hills around it. The breakfast was delicious and you could sit outside overlooking the hills. It was majestic. My family loved the pool too.
First, Valentina is an exceptionally warm and welcoming person. We arrived late and had to go through a self-entry process because this isn't an inn with night staff. Her instructions were perfect and we made into our room without a hitch. The location is super. Right on Piazza San Frediano. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the shower was large (huge by European standards). The room was made-up every day, which is a rarity in Europe. There is no elevator, so this would...
Very pleasant stay. This was the second over the years. Helpful staff. Very nice room with balcony. The only inconvenience is that hotel is about 1.5 km from city centre but it is convenient for travellers having private transport (car). Taxi is typically expensive from the railway station (ranging between 23 to 30 Euro.
Beautiful hotel! The restaurant had fantastic food and the pool area was great. The breakfast left something to be desired, but everything else was perfect!
