"The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was cleaned daily and always felt fresh and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the menu changed every day, which was a nice surprise. The hotel is conveniently located near the main road, making it easy to get around, and the beach is within walking distance. The rooftop is beautiful at night, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the city views. The area is quiet, the price is reasonable. I had a great stay and would definitely come back."
"Easy check in, good room, excellent breakfast. Hotel is quality and staff well trained. Only thing I'd like to see done different is the strobe on the smoke detector, strong blink every 15 seconds or so in a dark room was hard to take.

"We had a wonderful stay at Silk Sense which is a beautiful resort with friendly staff, and a sustainable philosophy as well. Our room 409 was spacious and clean, with a balcony view of the river. My partner is gluten free and vegetarian, and initially we had an issue with their menu which showed a dish as being gluten free but it wasn't. After flagging this with management, they rectified it the next day by ensuring there were gf breakfast options throughout our stay, including gf bread and treats. The location is peaceful, 15 minutes away from the chaos of Hoi An old town.
