The suites are spacious and well appointed. Ensuites for each bedroom plus a half bath! Wonderful for our family. The rooftop pool is contemporary and stylish. Very nice view and the jacuzzi is just lovely! Just be aware - no restaurants on the property

We have been coming to the Ritz for little mini breaks when we don't have enough time to go anywhere further away. It was the Eid Al-Adha holiday, and the hotel was fully booked. We were offered a cold towel and a delicious fruit drink at check-in, personally shown to our room by the wonderful Margarita (thank you!). We spent a near perfect 3 days and nights just laying around, swimming in and enjoying the temperature controlled (lovely cool water), shimmery, huge pool and ordering delicious...
Have stayed here when it was Kempinski. Now under a new management and name, this hotel has gone up a notch. The carpets still smell in the corridors, but the service and its staff have tremendously improved. Stay was excellent. Thankful to Jennifer at the front desk, and Anthony at concierge for their kindness and excellent help.
The property is very new and clean and shiny. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The pool is positioned nicely in the shade of the tower. You can enjoy the pool without worrying about sunburn. The pool was filled with playful children. Perfect for families. (Not a quiet honeymoon style pool experience).
