The hotels is situated in a small town in the mountains. The property itself is meticulously restored with a lot of personal attention by the owner, Carlos. The bar and breakfast area is gorgeous and smells like cinnamon and hearth. Wonderful and unique drinks at the bar. Our room was a double suites and had views of the mountains. There was a big chair to sit and enjoy the view. Our beds were clean and comfortable. The pool is awe-inspiring, but we were unable to use due to the temperature and...
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent (close to the city center and lots of cafes, grocery stores, and tourist sites.) It is within walking distance of the train and bus stations.

I would recommend Nuvo Hotel as a wonderful place to stay in Oviedo.
The AC Hotel is adjacent to the railway terminal and only 200m from the bus station, plus it's on the ring road for the simplest of access. The staff could not be more helpful and the facility is in top-notch condition. We came to walk the Camino Primitivo and they kindly held onto our [non-Camino] luggage while we walked even though we only stayed there at the end (after foolishly choosing a different hotel for our first night in Spain!)
Clean, good location - walkable to city center! Great to have parking available as we had rental car (tight spot but that seems to be the norm). Good value!
This was a wonderful one-night stop in the middle of a few days of driving. We particularly appreciated the check-in parking right in front, which we had not had at some other hotels in the old town of their city. The staff was gracious and always very helpful, even coming outside to ask if we needed help when we walked out the front door and hesitated before walking off. We especially enjoyed the spa facilities after a long day of driving. There was a very hot sauna, steam room, ultra-modern...
