The only one staff name Hassan was great he assisted me with all my needs and very professional but most of the front desk staff was rude and not professional at all so if I have to go back there because of Hassan very nice person thanks again Hassan

Ideal locale to access HMC Heart hospital on a daily basis, in spite of the ongoing local area road construction activities. Hotel staff provided outstanding service and were always very responsive to any of my requests, including a room change due to noise from closeness to hotel elevators and restaurant. Restaurant room service was always prompt and food was excellent In both quality and quantity.

This Hotel is absolutely amazing!! Everything about it is top drawer and I’ll start us off with our super late check in. Arrived around 12:40am after a long flight, doorhop told us they will get our bags and walked us to check in; 3-4 minutes later we had our room keys and walked around the corner to the elevators; a very quick ride up to our floor. We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the JW Marriot Marquis. Very conveniently located attached to the City Center Mall, where a plethora of shops and restaurants were available. Lobby lovely, check in was speedy,the rooms very comfortable, the view from the 31st floor gorgeous. this is new property. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean with big screen tv. Our housekeeping did a good job cleaning and all the front desk staff are friendly and helpful especially Ms Mary from the Front Desk, when I need to check out late and she did meet my request. Junior suite was spacious, quiet with windows closed and had sunny private balcony. Breakfast buffet was superb.

Nice for summer retreat. Place is clean and well maintained. Stuff we’re friendly. Breakfast is vast. Gym is large with spa. Pool is kids friendly. Place is reachable. Recommend.

This hotel was excellent. The staff, breakfast, room, and entire facility were excellent. However, the airport shuttle runs once every hour. Taxi or Uber may be more convenient. The average price is about US$8.00
