Every single staff member went above and beyond; they were genuinely warm, welcoming, and always eager to help. The room itself was completely immaculate, modern, and perfectly maintained by the housekeeping team. On top of the great service, the high-speed Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, and the excellent location made exploring the area effortless."

"L’hôtel est très bien situé, que ce soit au niveau des transports en commun (métros, trains, etc.) ou de la marche pour se rendre aux endroits à visiter. Pour ce qui est de notre chambre tout était très bien, mais elle était excessivement humide. Nous revenions le soir et les draps étaient vraiment vraiment humide nos vêtements aussi. Par contre, nos amis n’ont pas eu ce problème dans leur chambre. Donc dans l’ensemble tout est était très bien."
