We stayed for 5 nights in early April and overall we enjoyed it a lot. The facilities were in great condition and we were even offered an upgrade to a 2-bed, which we appreciated a lot. The apartment was clean, spacious and smelt great, the beds were very comfordable. A couple of lamps didn't work and the AC controller in the bedroom detached from its sticker a couple times but these were minor issues. I booked this hotel last minute because of an issue at another hotel and the rudeness of the staff, I am very glad that I did. This hotel was very comfortable, and very clean. The neighborhood was great because there were many shops right across the street and the beach was within walking distance. I did not have a lot of time to enjoy all the hotel had to offer but it was a great way to end my hectic travels.

We absolutely loved our stay. The all inclusive package needs to be a little clearer and wasn’t fully available to what was explained. Laundry isn’t included and is expensive

Wonderful hotel near Teide- full of magic of mountains, fantastic stars at night, best view of Teide. The internet is a little bit slow, but the other conditions is perfect

Staff were very helpful and called a taxi for me. Checking in was a breeze the night before also since I arrived after hours.

I only stayed here for a night to be closer to the airport. The resort is beautiful with a very lovely staff. I booked the 2 bedroom villa which had everything a family will need on vacation. The rooms are big with a mirror and closet in both. The master bedroom comes with an ensuite and a king bed. The second room is to the back with a sliding door and two twin beds. Mi esposa y yo recomendamos este hotel ampliamente. El lugar es tranquilo y no deja de sorprenderte agradablemente todos los días. Estás alejado del bullicio de la ciudad pero cerca de todo en la isla. David y Gloria y todo el staff te harán sentir como si estuvieras en tu casa. Y te irás con ganas de volver.

I stayed in Royal Level. Staff was great. Food was excellent. Very nice pool. Close to beach walkway.

A good place to stay, Clean and confortable.

We were looking for a quiet getaway something different from the south and we found it! This hotel offers excellent service, good breakfast, a quality spa, and the views from the hotel were spectacular. Set in the mountains, there is hiking near the hotel and it offers many things outside to relax, hammocks, each room offers a patio with a table and chairs. If your looking for a quiet getaway I highly recommend this hotel. I will be visiting again in the near future.

Incredible food…comfortable rooms

One of the finest resorts I have stayed in. Amazing restaurants, beautiful grounds, pristine rooms and helpful, friendly staff. Close to a great beach and only 10 mins walk from the main town area with a lot of bars, restaurants and other activities. Would definitely return for a second visit when I get the chance!

Nice location in the south close to several nice restaurants and supermarket. We walked to San Blas square for lunch or dinner almost everyday during our stay.
