As usual all staff at Vivere we're great I was early so had an amazing sushi lunch at the Shogun restaurant in the lobby. My room was ready when I finished eating. Facility is clean and safe and few minute walk to Festival Mall. It is also easily accessed on the Skyway to and from the Aiport. See you next trip.

Best hotel i have ever been to by far.

Nice and clean. Breakfast buffet is a little pricey but worth it for the quality and variety of dishes. Beautiful decor but I’m not a gambler so the casino is a minus for me.

The hotel is just Perfect for what we needed! Location is very convenient! It’s very clean , staff were very friendly and the most unforgettable experience was the breakfast included ! We were expecting a continental breakfast only but were surprised With the huge spread of good food! Thank you! We’re booking our next stay before we go back to US!

I have stayed at New World several times. I always enjoy my stay there. The staff are extremely nice and accommodating. The room is spacious, although it is a little old, but definitely very clean. This is one of the hotels I would definitely come back to whenever I am in Manila.

The staff is amazing here and they go above and beyond. I had an incident which stepped on a rusty clothes hanger in the street on the way back to the hotel and the police contacted the staff here (Esmeralda) and they responded right away sending their RN and having their EMS take me to the local hospital(5mins away). Skyport Hotel has an excellent service staff. It is near terminal 1 of NAIA...very convenient, especially when a free shuttle ride was provided for. Thank you.

Elegant setting specially the lobby bar with live entertainment... good selection of buffet and good tasting food,very attentive staff good location walking distance to mall... free shuttle to the mall highly recommended we enjoyed our stay and definitely will return again when visiting Philippine

Staffs are very helpful !

Lobby was fully staffed with about 20 people urgently waiting to assist you with your needs. Room was very large and nice. A welcome plate with artisan chocolates and mini pastries where ready for me to enjoy on my coffee table. I would highly recommend you stay at this hotel on your visit in Manilla. A++++

I truely enjoyed my stay at ascott makati and so are my visiting friends and relatives.. our one bedroom executive suites is spacious nicely decorated.. just above Glorietta Mall Complex and next to SM mall.. our room is overlooking the pool on one side and on the other side the Glotietta 1 rooftop which connects holiday inn... with dinners selection we celebrated our relatives graduation at K-Pub BBQ and on another night at Moonshine restaurant.. highly recommended definitely will return again...

We stayed in 4 different hotels in Alabang on this trip, and I must say that our three nights Crimson hotel experience is the best. Wow, this is my first time to see a hotel lobby that is located on a higher floor. Staff members are very courteous and always smiling. Breakfast is very good - buffet. Generally it's clean. They clean the room everyday as requested. There's always bottled water in the rooom as complimentary amenity. Internet has average speed. Towels are old and they need to buy new ones.

Discovery suites was wonderful! The staff was polite, professional, and attentive. The room (premiere 2 queen suite) had a lot of space, great amenities (toaster oven, fridge, dvd player,etc) and we were a short walk to megamall. The area is a bit busy during the day, but by night it's peaceful and quiet. Would stay again!

The room was excellent. Lot's of space and well equipped. The hot water was plentiful and the Internet was fast and reliable. The pool was very private and one of the best pools I have ever seen - it has tile along the bottom and sides. The location is good being a few minutes walk to the Robinson's mall. The included breakfast was delicious and the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone spending a few days or more in Manila.
