Hotels in Gillette

"Parking was free, safe and handy. Both women checking us in and checking out were friendly and capable. Bed was comfortable and towels were fluffy. Waffles, toast and coffee were the only hot things for breakfast. No protein option. Digital television was difficult to use. "

"There was no one at desk to check in ever. You always had to wait except for check out. I couldn't get a receipt. My bathroom door handle almost feel off when I tried to use it the first time. I had to use my pocket knife to tighten the handle. The sink didn't drain well. I found trash under the edge of the bed. The carpets in hall and dinning area needed cleaning and it was not fastened down all the way. There were big ripples in it. We accidentally pushed the fire button because it is in a bad spot at the elevator, however it must not work because nothing happened. That's concerning. The heating and cooling systems don't seem to work very well in the rooms. Many people had doors cracked open. We couldn't get our room cool. I don't know what they do in summer. The only thing that was decent was the breakfast. I won't be staying there again when I go back in Sept."

"Room was clean, was are thin so you can hear people coming in and out, or when folks are talking in the hallway. Breakfast was okay-wish they would have had waffles. Not bad for the price. "

"Very clean room, property was nice. No breakfast, but we knew that ahead of time. There were options for breakfast nearby. We would stay there again."

"This is my favorite place to stay when I’m in Gillette. Wish there were more of these in other places I travel to. It’s clean. The breakfast is great and it doesn’t feel like a hotel room."

"I would DEFINITELY stay here again. The building is a little older and shows some wear, but the price was perfect and the room was excellent. No smells. No noise. Great value for the money."
