"The lowest quality Radisson Hotel room I have seen in my entire life, which seriously damaged my faith in Radisson as a brand. The entrance still looks promising, the bar was quite nice but the room itself was like a bad joke. Even a hostel would be ashamed to offer such a room. When you book a 3 persons room, it also seems logical it would be for 3 people. But not here. After complaining, they will bring some kind of school mattress to put on the floor. Yes, not a joke. And then you discover that in the bathroom there is 1 towel for 3 people and does not even offer basic amenities like shower gel. This was a disgrace."
"The room was clean. It had hanging space and shelves. A long unit to put things in or on top of and a kettle. The bathroom and shower were fine. We occasionally had no water but we rang Reception who promptly sorted it out. We had a few issues with the air conditioning and the Manager sorted this out as quickly as possible. The swimming pool and bar area was very nice and the staff friendly. The Receptionists were always helpful in any way. It is a quiet property and very secure. The food we had was very good and the staff sometimes heated food up for us that we had brought in. The security guys were very friendly and always on hand to assist you. It is an ideal place for couples who want to get away from the hectic world. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our break one of peace and enjoyment."
"I am a regular customer and have always enjoyed the family friendly, homely environment. I always feel safe and secure. The staff are very friendly, warm and supportive. They go above and beyond to make one's stay comfortable and always with a smile on their face. It is like home away from home. The only downside is maybe the lack of stores around it - for example a supermarket where one can buy groceries or a bank where one can make transactions. However the location is also a positive as it is away from the busy road. The food is also quite varied. I always look forward to breakfast wondering what would be on the menu. However if you want to eat something different staff are more than willing to accommodate your needs. The cleaners are also very flexible on when you want your room cleaned. All in all, a family friendly, comfortable safe and secure hotel."
"I enjoyed my stay here. It was only for one night as I needed to travel the next day. I like that it’s close to the airport and is in a gated neighborhood for added security. I really loved how spacious the bathroom was. Walls were a bit thin so I was woken up from my nap. I ordered room service first time it arrived quickly and the second time I had to call multiple times for my food turns out there was an event but the food was great. Overall I would stay here again check in was slow but other than that it was great stay."
"The worst week spent there. They advertised a gell mattress and it was hard as a rock. It felt like a board underneath. We called about my room not being cleaned and was told that I have to request that. Expedia called the front desk and they told them a manger would be in contact with me. Never happened. The towels were so hard it scratched my skin. Let's say that I left with a bad back and a rash."
