Manager need to take an action and teach his staff how to be nice and behave well.

It was fancier than I expected, with large windows, interesting glass light fixtures and displays, and ample clean bedding and towels. The bathroom was comfortable.
Best of all: The location was fabulous. We were absolutely thrilled to be able to run back to the room in between...

We got off the public boat transportation and stopped at the Giglio stop and walked about 100 ft and the hotel was right there! So easy and saved us a lot not getting a private taxi. Front desk attendant, Tony was wonderful so many great recommendations! We loved our stay super convenient to everything and breakfast was great!"
