This place is amazing. We stayed in Love Potion #9 room. It was cozy and clean with a very comfortable bed and had a small balcony overlooking the lake. The grounds look like a botanical garden. The free breakfast (8-9:30) was fantastic. Great place for a romantic getaway just 10 minutes from downtown Hot Springs. We liked it so much we booked an extra night. Do yourself a favor a book a room here!

I had to travel to Hot Springs Arkansas to get my Passport and decided to stay at The Reserve, what a GREAT decision. Mark, Rhonda and everyone else were wonderful and so very helpful. The other reviews about the Breakfast were not lying, probably the best “hotel” breakfast ever!

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage! The lake view was beautiful, and the easy access with steps leading down to the lake made it even better. The cottage was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and cookware—everything we needed was provided except for a blender. The only downside was the sleeping arrangement. The cottage was advertised to accommodate six people, but it only had two queen beds and one sofa instead of a proper third bed or sofa...

this was such a cute and safe place to stay.

My experience at the motel it was a nice place to stay.

Very clean indoors! Beautiful view, lots of space for outdoor lounging, and visiting with geese, ducks & turtles in backyard and waters edge. Well appointed kitchen with everything you would need if you want to cook in, but close enough to shops if you want to eat out. Couple small hiccups but we let host know about them, general maintenance things that may get missed if using a cleaning service. Would definitely stay again, neighbors were friendly as well.

Had a girls outing. This place filled all our expectations. We will definitely be back!

It was nice stay

I normally stay here because of the view. I love it and the people are always nice.

Best sleep. Able to walk across parking lot to Texas Roadhouse for dinner without needing to drive.

Front desk attendant was very friendly at check in. The rooms were clean and there was plenty of space for myself and my 2 boys. We swam in the pool and it was nice. We would stay here again!

We had a great stay. Everything was clean, new, quiet, and our room had great view of the lake. We will definitely be staying again.

Very nice hotel in a great location.

I wasn't sure about what I'd be getting into given the price I paid, but my expectations were exceeded. I encountered staff who were knowledgeable about the area and extremely helpful. Really, I've never encountered hotel staff (even at the most outrageously expensive hotels) that were anywhere close to being as helpful and willing to assist as the staff here. The room was clean. Everyone was very nice. Our room was comfortable. The carpet in our room had some older stains on it, but the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was nice, but breakfast was a little disappointing. We were there for the sites, and it gave us a comfortable clean place to rest at night. We would stay there again.

nice hotel easy to find

This will be our second year staying here and it is always so nice and quiet and clean! The Lady at the Front desk is very helpful and the owner is very nice and willing to help you at any hour. The hotel is close to stores, restaurants and outdoor activities for the family. We will definitely be using the hotel again!

We had planned a cruise over my husband's Spring Break but the day before we were to leave, his younger brother, only 49, died suddenly in Minnesota. We drove immediately, two days there, three days back, exhausted, dreary. This hotel was one of the best we have experienced. Thanks to great staff and the comfort of the room.
