"The staff was friendly and helpful, from check in to check out. The upgrade for the daily breakfast was amazing, and worth it. The location is super close to Old Town and a central metro hub, making it convenient to get around. The neighborhood was safe and friendly as well. Should I return to Romania, this will be where I stay!"

We had a lost bag on our incoming flight and, in conjunction with the folks at the airport, they did all they could to help us. They are much appreciated for going above and beyond! "We had a wonderful stay at AIASTAY. From before we even arrived, the team were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They responded quickly to our questions about day trips and even helped with a birthday celebration, which made us feel very well looked after. On arrival, we were delighted with the apartment. The exterior and communal areas don’t really reflect the apartment itself, but once you learn a little about Romania’s history, you understand why. There were a few minor niggles during our stay, but these were dealt with instantly and professionally by the wonderful team. The location is fantastic, just a few steps from the Old Town and Calea Victoriei. We felt very safe throughout our stay."

"My friend and I stayed for three nights in a king & twin room. The location was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, the AC worked well, and they let us do an early check in which was great. The room was very spacious, with a nice bathroom. I slept on the twin bed, which was quite uncomfortable and needed a lot of padding to block the springs. Also, there were several dark human hairs left on the duvet, which was not very nice. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this small hotel."
