"I had asked for an earlier check in time as we had a long travel there. I was told that I would be called when our room was ready. I was not called. I waited around the lovely grounds until 4 and then was greeted by a line of people checking in at the usual time. I suggest hiring more cleaners such that those travellers with special requests might be accommodated"
