"I personallyl love this property. It is the best hotel in the Ooltewah area and close to SAU. My family and I traveled for our family's graduation and we were able to stay there as a family and enjoy the amenities. Restaurant, breakfast, fire pit. Staff is great and the rooms are top notch. Thanks to everyone who made our stay great. "

"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to the cleanliness and condition of the room. The couch had visible stains, one of the pillows had burn holes, and the bedding was ripped and damaged. On top of that, basic items like soap were not provided. For the price paid, we expected a much cleaner and better-maintained room. Hopefully management addresses these issues for future guests."
