"The hotel is beautiful. It has the most amazing views and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is spotlessly clean and the grounds are immaculate. The beach, bars and restaurants are about a 15 minute walk away but we found it a bit quiet. We didn't go to Bacoli town as we only had a couple of days as a taster to Italy. Will definitely go back and stay at Cala Moresca."
"Nice hotel, business hotel in the Northern suburbs of Napoli but the train 2 is 500 metres away from the hotel & takes you right downtown Napoli to Piazza Garibaldi. Very convenient to use the trains ! Metro. Car parking is good & secure. No need for car in Napoli so we just left our car and took metro & trains. Hotel staff friendly & helpful. Breakfast full & substantial. Some good restaurants across the street."
"Excellent hotel, excellent service ( shout out to Mauro and Giovanni). Enjoy the experience at this hotel, one of the best experience in Italy so far. Hotel is little far from the centre but it provides free shuttle services which is a huge plus. Thanks Mauro again for driving us to and from the city centre

"Lived our trip here, the hotel is very central for Herculaneum and the station to Naples and Pompei. We were greeting by the staff who were lovely and helpful and gave us a full tour. The room was gorgeous and very spacious, the pool area was great and the food was lovely. Thoroughly recommend"
"View to the sea and castle, a splendid way to start and finish the day. Helpfull staff in reception. Cleaners outstanding, the room was so fine every day. A breakfast to die for and coffee was brought to the table. We had a cultural vacation and it was easy to walk to the center of Town. To some places we took a taxi there and walked back to the hotel. I can recommend this hotel."
"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and close to the train station (approximately a 6 minute walk). The garden area out front of the hotel was a nice bonus! We were told the area wasn't the best, but we didn't have any issues as female travelers, even in the evenings. We would stay here again."
"My wife and I only stayed for one night but we wished we could have stayed even longer. The staff was incredibly helpful and provided top tier service across the board. The room was simple yet elegant and provided us with an amazing ocean view, along with Mt. Vesuvius, while still feeling the buzz of the City. "
"A bit far away from a central area. Otherwise attentive service, supportive to assist me contacting the taxi company for a forgotten item. Excellent breakfast with Napoli food assortment, freshly pressed orange juice. Beautiful building. "
"A 5 star experience all the way. Could not have been more delighted w our stay! We were upgraded ( without us even asking) to a superb room with a wrap around view of the bay with a spacious balcony. Staff ( from the reception are to the chamber maids) were all outstanding and gracious. The breakfast buffet was excellent and delicious. The terrace has fabulous views of the bay and Mt Vesuvio. We enjoyed a truly memorable tasting menu in the Caruso Restaurant."
"You can feel very confident booking this hotel. It is an oasis of calm in a very busy area of Naples. Room was spotless and modern, staff friendly and efficient, good breakfast selection, private parking with elevator from underground parking to your floor."
"Villa Ceselle was such a lovely place to stay. The hotel has a charming and peaceful atmosphere, and we really enjoyed the night we spent there.
The location is very convenient for exploring Anacapri, while still feeling calm and relaxing once you return to the hotel.
What stood out the most was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating, and made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay.
A beautiful and welcoming place that made our short stay on Capri...
"We loved staying here for our family vacation. We traveled all throughout Naples, Rome and Amalfi areas. We especially loved how close it was to the train, the local taxi driver Giulio, and that there was free breakfast and air conditioning. This place is nice neat and simple and gives you all that you need. Saves money staying here vs staying closer to Amalfi. We loved being in between Rome and the coast. We were super close to Pompeii also. Great location"
"Great location to stay in Napoli , short walking distance to shopping and eating area. Loved how they treated my fiancé for her birthday, they sent a champagne bottle to our room. Highly recommend!!! "
"My stay at Hotel Tiempo was terrific! The multilingual staff was so helpful (I needed them to help me with a few administrative things and they were so nice), the daily breakfast was delicious and the hotel was exactly as described. It is in a somewhat inconvenient neighborhood, but I expected that from looking at a map before I arrived. As with most things in Naples, the neighborhood looked rough, but was not so; I was a 20 minute walk to piazza garibaldi and was very easy to use as a central...

When I got to the resort my heart felt to the ground. This amazing resort was on top of a mountain. The view were spectacular. You see the entire city Bocoli. There was two things I loved the most. One, the staff were so nice to us. Made us feel right at home. We got spoiled but more than anything we felt like family. Second, after traveling all over Europe, we just wanted to relax. This place was so quiet and peaceful. Also, because we went there in October (off season). We had the resort to...
Nice rooms and a nice, accommodating staff. The hotel itself is not in the best area and is a train ride/ taxi ride away from most things in Naples. They supposedly have a shuttle service to the city center, but they were not running it while we were there. The Spa was relaxing, although some of the "relax" packages were not really explained much beforehand. The "relax" part gives you access to an area with two saunas, two hot tubs, a number of emulsion showers, a pool, and an area with a few...
Hotel La Scalinatella was located in the best part of the island surrounded by the most amazing views. The hotel and room was the most comfortable we stayed in during our time on the Amalfi Coast. I wish we would have stayed here our entire trip, and took day excursions to all the other sights (Positano, Amalfi, Ravelo, Sorrento). The staff is so helpful and the free breakfast is AMAZING.
Francesco and Anna were very attentive and helpful as my family enjoyed a week there. The restaurant served the best food I have ever tasted and the breakfast was amazing every morning. The pool was a great place to catch the view of Capri and have a drink. Rumen made the best mojitos!!!! We will definitely be visiting here again someday!!!!
The room and bathroom were clean, spacious and the lighting was great. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious offering a wide array of things to choose from including delicious Italian baked goods.
The staff was great and so helpful trying to make our stay an enjoyable one.
We would definitely recommend this hotel.
Amazing hotel! 5 start service. Staff is exceptional. Breakfast was great. Very well maintained and the hotel made sure there was everything we needed present at the room when we arrived. This was extremely helpful as I was traveling with kids.
This was our best hotel in Italy. They staff was always receptive to our need and arranged for a nice private driver to take us around Naples, to Pompeii abdate night dinner to the coast.
Room was really nice and quiet, staff was amazing and the location is good as long as you want to me close to the train station.
Only thing I didn’t like was the fitness center, old, small and too basic
Great location less than a block from the main plaza. Our room was right next to the elevator and we never heard a sound. Only a few blocks to the train station and bus stops. Many great restaurants nearby. Best breakfast buffet in our whole 26 days in Italy. Left a jacket and they had it sent to our next hotel on Capri for a minimal charge.
The Ara Maris which is referred to as the new hotel was one of my best stays at any hotel in all my travels, which is considerable. The service from all the staff whether it be registration, concierge, dining, pool, cleaning or spa wax consistently top notch. It is a physically pleasing site and is close to all the shops and restaurants in the main area of Sorrento. We were there for 8 days and could have stayed longer. I just want to express my thanks to the staff for making our stay as...
The hotel is just two blocks from the main piazza and close to all transportation hubs. The staff is great and very helpful. Very clean with basic furnishings but everything you need when exploring southern Italy!
I like the location of the hotel being close to shops. It is clean and well maintained though I could use a softer bed. The staff are nice though and the location is convenient.
I became very sick while there. I don't know what I would have done if not for the hotel staff they were very concerned and even called the doctor for me and went to the pharmacy and got medicine for me. The room service staff took good care of me check in on me regularly to make sure I had food and water. I can't recommend them enough. Their kindness was amazing. If that had been in the USA I'd be sunk. A beautiful place with wonderful people
I travelled through Europe for a month and I think this was the nicest hotel in which I stayed. It was a short walk from Zoologischer Garten and the reception staff was very helpful and personable. She directed me to the concierge, who gave me a map, info on the tour bus, and told me to come see him for an umbrella if the expected rain began. The room was spacious, with a minibar and a nice view of the sunset. The shower surprisingly wasn't that great, but everything else was wonderful....
