"I intended to stay the night in Grand Junction, however, all the hotel rooms were sold out. I opted to stay in Cederedge. Frankly, I'm glad for the change in plans. The hotel staff were amazingly kind and accommodating, I've not experienced that level of hospitality at a hotel in a long time! The rooms were clean and tidy. And staying in a small gem of a town was a nice change from a larger city."

"We stayed one night for an elk hunt the next morning. The staff was amazing and the food reminded me of back home in Kansas it was an actual hand breaded chicken fried steak not a dang store bought out of the box which is extremely hard to find in Colorado. The sides were great as well and large helping of them. Rooms were cozy and were 10x better than ones I stayed in, I’m crested butte for 3x as much. "

"Clean and beds were comfortable. They are using portable heaters so not the warmest but we were not in the cabin much during the day. The view of lake is nice. They forgot to stock extra rolls of toliet paper so we had to go to the lodge to get more. Breakfast is one cereal or instant oatmeal and only available for an hour. The owners were pleasant. They did not respond in the app so you have to call them. "
