"We were denied the room at the check in , despite showing our confirmation number . Shifted to some third grade hotel our room was full of mosquitoes. The owner Virender was helpful , however the same cannot be said about the staff.

"We are a family of 3, one female parent and two children and we stayed here on our first ever trip to India. We were greeted so kindly. Our stay was lovely and at the end of our stay after we become unwell the staff accommodated us to extend our stay and helped us with logistics. The hotel itself was immaculate, very beautiful and the staff were very friendly. The food was good, and the drivers were helpful. Thanks! "

I later found it is mentioned that Outside food is not permitted. I was carrying 2 bottles of alcohol, they said if you want us to permit the same you will have to pay INR500 per bottle and then only we will allow you to carry...

"The rooms size is good and the price is good. OfCourse Iron and iron Board also present. But no Maintenace. The bed clothes were old and smelly. floor was not cleaned. Housekeeping people are not doing proper work. Just for formalities they are doing work. Many broken, rusted and damaged in the rest room. "
