"The Bavarian Inn is an amazing place to stay. From the friendly welcome, to superb room service, fresh conplimentary cookies, a lovely breakfast at the cafe, free laundry room services, and comfy rooms, everything was wonderful. The Inn is close to Custer State Park with its Wildlife Loop, Crazy Horse as well as Mount Rushmore. The town is very cute, walkable and features amazing restaurants. Also check out Black Hills Ballons for an unforgettable hot air balloon ride. We enjoyed our family...

"The Power House Lodge was a great choice for us while we visited Custar State Park. We enjoyed the simple motel section compared to the small cabins because that was more than sufficient for our two night stay. The room was clean, had all we needed for relaxing and and resting. The scenery from our room was beautiful. The staff were pleasant, welcoming, and encouraging. Their resturant was wonderful as well. The food great and staff very helpful in selecting our meal."

Delicious breakfast options, especially the biscuits and sausage gravy. Recommend to travelers visiting Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse, and Custer State Park. "

"Stayed three nights, the location was convenient to Mt Rushmore and Custer State Park areas. The only complaint was the remote cabins were difficult to find in the dark. One more sign at the last fork in the road would be an asset."

"A truly old fashioned cabin vibe with great updates. Location worked great for our trip with easy access to everything we wanted to see. The staff was super friendly. Very clean. This is an older property so it is small, our room was not one pictured so I was surprised a bit by the size. But it is perfect if you plan to spend most of your time site seeing ."
